About The Position

All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.Will accept first time travelersWA LIC REQUIREDMin Exp: 1 yearTechnologist will work solo the majority of the shift and will perform both CT scans and X-rays. They should have excellent independent work skills. Technologist will perform standard CTs, CTAs, and X-Rays, including portable X-Rays. No fluoroscopy/c-arm work is required. Almost all patients for this shift are from the ER. Our campus does not have an ICU, but does have a med/surg floor. There are rarely inpatients. Daily Caseload: 14 - 20 CT /XRays per 12 Hr ShiftPatient Age Group - Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults GeriatricsSkills Required: Adult Outpatient, ER, Level I Trauma, Level II Trauma, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Chest without and/or with contrast, Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Trauma head, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, Cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, thoracic.Skills Preferred: Outpatient, IV Starts, iSTAT, EPICEquipment/Scanner Experience Preferred: Siemens, Phillips, Fuji DR Portable, Philips DR X-Ray, Siemens Def Edg CT, PanorexCertifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Cert, WA State License, ARRT CT CertificationAny color scrubs Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager: Leilani Bowman Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Flu Vaccine: Unknown Submittal Details: #Tier3 Travel ComplianceAll candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No exceptions.Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they re floated to.
