SCRA Specialist I

Start Date:  ASAP Job Title:  SCRA Specialist I Target Pay : $17 (WCC) Hybrid Remote : **  Onsite requirement-  2 days per week. If they  don’t meet performance expectations , they will be asked to  work onsite Full Time  until they are released back to a hybrid scheduled** This position is based out of Winchester, VA Shift:  11am-730pm EST Peer to Peer Training:   9am-530 EST (HQ/WCC) – Roughly 6 weeks at min **2 week heads up on when training will end** Contract:  6month min - open ended with potential to convert based off billet availability, performance etc.  Interview process:  Pending Interview Schedule Requirements 

Experience/Skills:

Servicing or REL Mortgage experience preferred Analytical/Critical Thinking skills is a must Highly motivated Ability to review and identifying gaps Ability to thoroughly understand processes and implement them in an accurate and timely

Day 2 Day:

Up to 2-4 hours shifts on the phones per day: Inbound calls mainly with some outbound calls for additional docs/information needed from members if its missing. Inbound Calls:  Specific to SCRA: They are a back office dept which the calls are filtered from other depts. Call types are mainly status updates for members. Call Volume:  Anywhere from 1-5 calls during on phone shift period  High paced, production based Environment Administrative Tasks: Auditing files selecting the correct letters to be assigned to the correct account imaging documentation that needs to be assigned to a content manager
