MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborating with other team members to solve complex problems. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's success and our ability to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
  • Install new equipment and machinery, following manufacturer's instructions and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to solve complex issues and improve maintenance processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic or injection molding equipment
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read electrical and hydraulic blueprints
  • Experience with automated equipment a plus
  • Experience with controls, servo motors, vision systems, or robotic systems highly desired
  • Fabrication or welding experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree a plus

Salary:

$38.73/hr
