Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Meet the minimum state Assistant Teacher requirements for Georgia, which include holding a High School Diploma or its equivalent and the ability to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center is a big plus Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.  Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
