Silent Air is currently hiring Machine Operator Helpers in Gilbert, Arizona Founded in 1994, Silent-Aire is now part of Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions business unit. We design, engineer, and manufacture hyperscale cooling systems/air-handing units for data centers and modular data center solutions. Take some time to and apply today

What you will do

As a Helper, you will support the operators in the assembly and fabrication of products.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 4AM-2:30PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday: 2:30PM-1AM

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday: 5AM-5:30PM

How you will do it

Support of the fabrication of piece parts as per schematic

Assembly of piece parts into final product.

Read blueprints and program machining equipment to produce required parts.

Use metal working manipulation machinery (brake, shear, saw, punch, etc.).

What we look for

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent education

Experience with safety practices and procedures

Familiarity with overall processes associated with manufacturing from raw materials to finished product

Previous work experience providing assistance to brake press operators, turret machine operators, laser operators, etc.
