SUMMARY:

The K-12 Director - Infrastructure is pivotal in guaranteeing the smooth and secure functioning of our school district's IT infrastructure and software solutions. This position not only involves leading the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of use and security policies, disaster recovery, and incident response strategies, but also extends to the visionary design and maintenance of infrastructure capable of supporting a robust 1:1 student program. The director will lead teams who are responsible for maintaining and innovating the next level of system security, ensuring that our infrastructure and the policies governing it are both resilient and forward-thinking. This leader is tasked with supporting modern telecommunications and implementing cutting-edge software solutions, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and system administration of all devices, with an emphasis on automation to streamline operations. As a critical figure within the IT department, this leader works closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to supervise diverse teams and lay the groundwork for a future-ready educational environment.
