General Function/Role Purpose:
We're seeking a highly motivated People Experience professional to join our growing team at ZoomInfo. Your focus will be on shaping our identity and workplace culture. You'll lead efforts to create impactful experiences for our global team, concentrating on recognition, remote and in-office connectivity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and global giving. Collaborating with various teams, you'll oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring seamless experiences for our employees worldwide. Your aim is to develop programs that resonate globally while working closely with our People Experience Managers to implement initiatives locally
Primary Duties:
Build programs that motivate, inspire and connect ZoomInfo employees across the globe increasing overall employee engagement.Deliver a global strategy across the entire employee lifecycle, connecting individuals to the brand, values, and culture.Execute and evolve our ZoomInfo recognition, awards and anniversaries program to increase retention and promote a culture of recognition.Manage the Employee Experience budget, own, and execute end-to-end the yearly plan including events, annual parties, employee celebrations, and more.Work independently with relevant stakeholders on seamless execution of the plan, including design, IT, operations, accounting, and more.Work with the internal comms team on conveying relevant information using our brand voice and tone on both a local and global level.Partner with Employer Brand to develop initiatives that will motivate existing and future ZoomInfo employees.Develop programs to enable an inclusive culture, leading our ERGs, and cultivating a strong sense of belonging across ZoomInfo.Partner closely with the real estate & facilities team to drive excellence within our offices across the globe. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
5-7 years of experience in a similar position within a startup / high-tech environment - a mustStrong project management skills - significant and proven experience in planning, managing and executing large-scale events with great attention to detailsStrong organizational and time management skillsFlexible, able to multitask, prioritize work and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environmentExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsFluent in English - written & verbal, to create content and to collaborate effectively with our global teamsAssertive and positive personality, great team player, people personProactive and solutions-focused attitudeService-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitudeAlways willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do what it takes to get the job doneWorking Conditions
