What we offer:

·Safety is #1 Priority

·Starting Pay: $21.80/hr. Plus shift differential. New associates start at this probationary rate for 60 working days and then get pay increase after being awarded a different job classification

·Bonus: NONE

·Shift(s) available: 2ndand 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hour schedules.

How you will impact WestRock:

·Safely performing a wide range of tasks to operate manufacturing machinery

·Perform quality checks

·Produce a product meeting customer specifications and expectations
 

What you need to succeed:

·Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, and perform other duties as assigned

·Ability to work safely, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all safety regulations

·Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred

·Ability to lift, push and/or pull 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift

·Capable of safely and efficiently operating a powered industrial forklift and clamp forklift

·Perform all required forklift checklists
