Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression 
  • You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their
  • You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant
  • You will assist various restaurant staff at a Manager's discretion when necessary
  • Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary with menus and answering any initial questions
  • Seating guests at tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
