Our client in Battle Creek, MI is actively looking for a part-time Sales Analyst to join their team for a 5+mo contract position Global company with a great employment brand, culture and working environment20/hrs per week, (Mondays and Wednesdays)Fully Remote.  Position overview:Analyst to support Meijer and Hy-Vee Sales team, providing weekly/monthly sales & consumption reporting (using company analytics, customer platforms, like VendorNet (Meijer) & Nielsen/DunHumby), provide post promotion analysis, aid in root cause analysis, competitive trends & tracking, ad hoc reporting and compiling sales data for customer meetings & joint business planning prep.                                                                                                    

Required:
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications like Excel & PowerPoint (can utilize formulas, V-lookups and experience in building PowerPoint slides)
  • Understanding of syndicated data
  • Comfortable using Nielsen & DunHumby 
  • Experience in an analytical role
  • Sales or logistics experience

Preferred: 
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods
  •  Experience with VendorNet (Meijer)
  Education Required:
  • High School graduate or GED
