Maintenance Millwright

Repairs, maintains and services all machinery. Supplies Production Line with uninterrupted flow of production. Relieves Equipment Operators as directed. Directs Operators for complete Line operation. Must be willing to work any shift or schedule.
 
Responsibilities Responsible for adjusting, trouble shooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components of Production Line equipment. May work in other areas of the Department as assigned.

Will be required to make modification to equipment where needed and to make improvements or changes in the operation as directed. Performs preventative maintenance as needed.

Responsible for the lubrication of the equipment and seeing that sufficient supply of lubricant is provided to the Line.

Operates and uses mechanical hand tools, shop tools, precision measuring instruments, gas and electric welders.

Responsible for directing equipment operators in their duties.

Maintains charge-out records of all parts and supplies used.

Responsible to see that adequate package material is supplied for continual Line operations.

Qualifications Minimum of 8 years manufacturing experience or Journeyman Millwright Card
