Description:

We are currently hiring a consultant to support with some upcoming employee leaves in their Fraud department. This individual will be responsible for reviewing fraud alerts that come into queue from a few different channels. These alerts need to be reviewed to confirm accuracy of the trigger and may require additional investigation. This individual will not be responsible for conducting a full fraud investigation or filing SARs, they will be responsible for conducting the front end of the investigation. Responsibilities will include communicating with branch associates/financial advisors for fraud confirmation, drafting narratives, entering relevant information into the case notes, and flagging cases with the requisite information for escalated investigations. The types of fraud typologies will include ACH Fraud, Account Takeover Fraud, Identify Theft, and Scams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Prior experience with snow service now is preferred.
