Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier 1 supplier of Acoustic and Thermal Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking for a strong and motivated individual to fill the position of 1st Shift Shipping/Receiving Clerkat the Manufacturing Facility in Oregon , Ohio.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job

(This section is not inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as necessary).

Generate all delivery notes for daily shipments Calculate daily shipments Schedule truck for pick up when needed Receive daily ship schedules through EDI PGI all delivery notes Send & Verify ASN Print delivery note and BOL Monitor DCX SMART system, Ford, SIA, Tesla, GM & Toyota, etc. Manage containers (physical vs customers system) full, empty and broken Monitor & receive all incoming goods in the SAP system Daily inventory of finished goods Warehouse duties as required Coordinate all pilot, trial and service orders Conduct training of individuals within the department Required to adhere to applicable IATF requirements Ability to work overtime if required All other duties assigned as required to support the plant and its operations

Skills preferred to perform the job

A working knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures including BOL’s The ability to work and interact with others in a fast paced environment Multi-tasking abilities Good organizational and communication skills Must obtain company issued forklift license Knowledge of packing slips, Bills of Lading and other pertinent documentation Display excellent attendance and dependability

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required) 2-3 years of shipping/receiving knowledge (preferred)
