General Labor – Ludlow, MA1st Shift – $17/hour Our client, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is looking for General Laborers for their manufacturing facility in Ludlow, Mass. Position Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble the product according to specifications with quality in mind at all times
  2. Willingness to learn all aspects of the operation and how to operate the different types of production equipment
  3. Complete all required production paperwork
  4. Observe all company safety rules and procedures. Attend all safety trainings and meetings.
  5. Keep the work area neat and orderly ensuring that it is free from any hazards.
  6. All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements: 
  1. Self-motivated and be able to multi-task
  2. Must be able to work overtime & weekends as needed during peak production times
  3. Mechanically inclined, and able to perform physical labor, lifting, operating machinery, etc.
  4. Excellent safety record
  5. Ability to read blueprints & a ruler is a plus 
  6. HS Diploma or GED required
  7. Bend, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
