Warehouse Specialist Duties:

· Checks material received against vendor invoices, orders

· Receives and prepares incoming material for input into inventory.

· Verifies quantity and condition of material.

· Maintains inventory count and resolves discrepancies.

· Delivers material to work centers.

· Compare and verify identifying information (counts, weights) against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

· Deliver finished goods to customer sites via delivery truck.

· Operate tier-lift truck or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area.

· Must have a Valid Driver's License

 

 

Warehouse Specialist Qualifications: 

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and an ERP / MPR computer system.

· Detail orientated, with exceptional organizational skills

· Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to identify problems, develop and evaluate options, and recommend solutions
