Data Entry/Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurate data entry of quotes and orders in accordance with cut off and other time constraints Attention to detail is a must Maintain broad knowledge of clients, glass products and services of the organization Coordinate with production to meet customer deadlines Assist with expediting orders and communications with the production floor Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers always. Various other team functions on a rotating basisSkills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
1+ years of Data Entry/CSR experience AS400 experience a plus Computer experience and accuracy in numeric typing, required Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment to meet required deadlines and remain highly organized. Should be able to read and perform mathematical calculations, and write measurements in number fractions Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and specifications Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent written communication required, Strategic thinker Must be a self-starter and able to independently move, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
