Our NeuroRestorative facility located in La Mesa, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

$$ based on experience (OT pay after the 8th hour) Full-time DAY shift available 12-hour shift 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4 hours of OT pay every shift (OT pay = time and a half) DT after 12th hour Every other weekend off (Fri/Sat/Sun)For full-time positions - must be able to work for the following days:
Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat Every other Friday/Saturday/Sunday offThe heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury.
Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribedQualifications:
