Overview

Holly Lake Ranch Golf Club is a private facility servicing the approximate 4,000 residents of Holly Lake Ranch. The golf facility is comprised of a tightly wooded, 18 hole par 72 layout, practice facility, pro shop and restaurant. The course is open 6 days a week, year-round. There are 300 full golf members among the residents that account for approximately 26,000 rounds per year. 

Experience Required

High School graduate, but prefer Associates, Bachelors, or PGA University graduate. At least 1 year's experience as an Assistant Professional at either public or private facility, with same time range of experience in giving lessons.

Essential Responsibilities

This position is a direct report to the Director of Golf. This Assistant is in charge of all part-time golf staff, including Shop Assistants, Outside Guest Services, and Marshals. Main duties include: 

Registering Members and Guests for play in POS; organizing and running daily tee sheet; scheduling, coordinating and supervising staff; giving golf instruction to individuals; assisting Director of Golf with group instruction; inventory control and merchandising of Pro Shop; tournament management; maintaining POS.
