Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager must bring a positive attitude to work every day and set high standards for everyone around them. The Restaurant General Manager will be able to delegate with enthusiasm and a “can do “attitude. We promote new ideas and fresh perspectives, where our Restaurant General Manager professionals are encouraged to bring their own ideas to the table. Interpersonal skills and guest relations will be required to handle and resolve any staff or guest conflicts appropriately. The Restaurant General Manager will know how to create a strong and effective team and guide them towards a common goal. The Restaurant General Manager must be customer service oriented as well as have a strong ability to execute administrative procedures and financial responsibilities

Qualifications:

· Three plus years of QSR or Fast Causal / food general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

· A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others

· The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

· Honesty, integrity and a love for customer service are all qualities that the Restaurant General Manager should possess

· The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

· The Restaurant General Manager must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Teamwork and a flexible schedule are both requirements for the Restaurant General Manager
