Warehouse Associate II

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain all raw material finished goods and in-process material.
• Receipt of incoming raw materials.
• Ensure proper quarantine of incoming materials.
• Data entry in ERP software for all inventory transactions.
• Maintain correct information in ERP software for purchased materials.
• Organize the shipment of finished product, samples, and equipment through packing for safe transportation.
• Prepare and issue all relevant documentation, as stated in the Nordson Medical quality system.
• Preparation of customs documentation where required and ensuring shipments (incoming or outgoing) are on-time and complete
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software a plus
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
• Follow and adhere to all applicable procedures / policies.
• Able to use material handling equipment as necessary, including PIT equipment.
• Work safely with various cutting tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Manage Shipping and Warehouse supply inventory
• Ability to initiate cycle count
• Crate building/woodworking
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years’ shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment or medical device experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn IFS Manufacturing.

• Hand strength to package products.
