JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for production of any / all finished goods as needed. Must follow instruction and formulas to specific standards. Must maintain open and professional line of communication with guests and staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Upon receipt of order from restaurant outlets, finishes desserts ensuring proper size and decoration. Uses advanced techniques including piping, molding chocolate and working with sugar and caramel. Regular, predictable attendance Follows recipes. Produces desserts on time for delivery to outlets. Prepare and restock shop stock products as needed; Cleaning and stocking as needed; Other job related duties as assigned; Maintain proper uniform and nametag at all times;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

 positive attitude and ability to be courteous during demanding times  Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures   Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co workers The ability to read, write and speak the English language Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in an area with variable temperatures Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range  Repetitive lifting  Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
