The Opportunity:
We are seeking an expert communicator who is a self-starter with the ability to work in a high-energy environment. A person who understands the value and impact of clear, engaging employee communications to support a fast-growing business. The ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously managing a complex set of internal stakeholders is essential. The successful candidate is an experienced, savvy content developer with strong interpersonal, communication, and outstanding time and project-management skills.
Responsibilities:
Competitive candidates will have previous internal / external communications experience. Responsibilities and expectations include but not limited to:
Understand internal employee communications goals across various functional organizations such as HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations. Make yearlong communications plans, calendar aligned to these objectives. Collaborate across teams to develop content (photo, video, and written format) to optimally share messages across all internal communications modes – email, video, intranet, internal townhalls/conferences.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 5+ years’ experience developing internal communications strategies and executing againstthem. Exceptional writing and communications skills for varied channels of employee engagement. Effectively collaborate and communicate with various leadership and roles across divisions and business lines. Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced. Work samples or portfolio required for consideration.About FullBloom
