Job Description
Our Client is a well-established Vehicle Repair Centre based in the Isleworth area of London. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle paint sprayer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join their team. You must have previous experience working in a vehicle repair centre and are confident using up-to-date vehicle spraying techniques.

Hours of Work: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch each day.  
 
Salary: £40,000 pa plus productivity bonus OTE 50K+ 

RequirementsYou will be a qualified Paint Sprayer with substantial experience and have previous experience working in a busy, PAS 125 accredited, registered body shop.  You will 
also require a Full UK driving licence.


KEY TASKS

∙To ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is of the highest standard

∙To ensure that all repairs are correct first time to ensure maximum customer

satisfaction

∙Prepare and paint relevant areas of the vehicle, ensuring a good colour match as per

estimate

∙To ensure the maximum profit is achieved from all repair jobs in accordance with

Company policy 

∙To ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to in order to

ensure objectives are met and CRS targets are achieved 

∙To report any defective items that were not covered by the original estimate to the

Bodyshop Supervisor / Manager

∙To ensure all material used and time employed on each vehicle is recorded on the

job card and is in line with manufacturers / company policy
