Chapman BMW Chandler is looking for an Internet Sales Manager to join our team Our Internet Sales Managers assist prospective clients with questions about our impressive vehicle inventory, financing options and their ability to purchase.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
  • Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM system and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment 
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Proactively seek out sales leads and follow up with no-shows

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive internet sales experience is required; experience representing a luxury brand is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
  • Ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully
  • Proactive and goal-oriented work ethic
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

We are open Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm and ask that all applicants have flexible availability to work during our business hours.
This is fast-paced, customer-oriented role requires the ability to interact with clients frequently via phone, email and live chat, and occasionally face-to-face.
The Internet Sales Manager reports to the Sales Management team.
