Responsibilities:
Host Live Selling Events:
· Plan and host live selling events on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok to showcase our jewelry collections and interact with customers in real-time.
Product Presentation:
· Effectively present and demonstrate our jewelry products during live streams, highlighting key features, benefits, and styling options to engage viewers and drive sales.
Audience Engagement:
· Engage with viewers during live events by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community around our brand and products.
Content Creation:
· Create engaging content for social media platforms, including product photos, videos, and promotional graphics, to attract and retain followers and promote upcoming events.
Sales Conversion:
· Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage viewers to make purchases during live events, as well as follow-up strategies to convert leads into sales after the event concludes.
Product Knowledge:
· Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, materials, craftsmanship, and brand values to effectively communicate product information and address customer inquiries.
Stay Updated:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices to continuously improve our social selling efforts and maximize results.
