Position Overview:
The Order Selector plays a key role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to meet delivery deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking: Accurately locate and select items according to order specifications using warehouse technology or pick sheets.
  • Packing and Staging: Securely pack and organize items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and staging for dispatch.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure selected items meet quality and order requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all company and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Preferred: Previous experience as an order selector, warehouse worker, or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling orders.
  • Dependability: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems or the ability to learn quickly.
