We have assembled a team of national experts to support men from initial conception planning to life impacting decisions.
Today 1 in 8 couples has trouble conceiving and in more than 50% of the cases a male factor is involved. Male fertility issues frequently go undiagnosed and untreated. Just as all women are treated by physicians with specialized gynecologic training and expertise, we believe men deserve treatment from male fertility specialists. Our goal is to proactively work with men to facilitate the birth of a healthy child as easily and inexpensively as possible
Posterity Health offers male fertility expertise through a combination of virtual visits, at home diagnostics, and in-person consults. We partner with Fertility Centers, OB/GYNS and Primary Care Providers to unify the experts. Perhaps you are a passionate expert to help us achieve this important mission.
Responsibilities:
- Be the very best first impression of Posterity Health
- Confidently and accurately utilize health insurance, medical costs, and medical terminology.
- Register patients. Confirm, enter, and/or update all required demographic patient data.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients according to availability.
- Communicate detailed information regarding tele-health and in-person appointments, pre-appointment paperwork, pre-appointment lab work and procedure logistics.
- Ensure pre-appointment paperwork and payment are in place prior to appointment day.
- Ensure all post encounter paperwork and lab orders are completed on-time.
- Coordinate appointments amongst patient, clinician, fertility center and lab as necessary.
- Collect patient payments and provide accurate receipt. Post payments in system.
- Establish rapport with key channel partner and fertility center staff members.
- Be a team player and help us enhance the client experience and service workflow.
- Escalate non-routine issues to leadership or qualified team members.
Requirements:
- Medical office or surgery scheduling experience required, minimum 1 year.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- High School diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in lieu of medical office or surgery scheduling experience accepted.
- Technology savvy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Agile and even tempered in face of multiple calls or requests.
Location: Centennial, Colorado
Wage: $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, 24 to 40 hours a week depending on preference
Job Schedule: between 8a to 6p
