Product Delivery Specialist

This is a full time position with hourly Pay PLUS commission It is required to work every Saturday, but will receive a day off during the week.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle.
You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase.
You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market.
We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

• After guest is finished with the Sales person you will guide the guest through all of the functionalities and technology of the vehicles
• Will be trained in all of the technology on gas and electric Cadillac, Buick and GMC vehicles
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Answer all inbound calls regarding assistance with the vehicle functionality and technology
• Assist guest in the Service Department that require assistance with the vehicle functionality and technology
• Travel is sometimes required
