The Vice President of Medical Services directs the medical operations within the integrated care teams across the Ohio & Indiana affiliate. The Vice President ensures coordination of care across the integrated clinical care teams and programs and provides executive leadership to clinical staff. The Vice President develops and approves medical policies, including prescription medication protocols and practices consistent with funding, accrediting, and government standards. As a leader for the integrated care team, the Vice President provides direct supervision to nursing staff and provides support and consultation to clinical leaders across the agency. The Vice President coordinates the multidisciplinary team to discuss complex cases and review records of persons served. Must be willing to be credentialed in both Ohio and Indiana.

The preferred applicant must have a specialty or extensive background in psychiatry, neurology, addiction psychiatry, or addiction medicine. Must have experience in treating individuals who are receiving treatment for mental health, substance use, dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders. Must have superior leaderships skills, experience supervising medical staff, and strong knowledge of regulatory standards.
