Duties & Responsibilities:

Leads the evaluation and resolution of troubleshooting completed systems for defective hardware.  Creates all notes of problems and resolutions for returned parts or systems.  Creates orders of returned systems for disposition into inventory or to the correct customer location.  Reviews externally recognized defects that are returned to AHEAD and reports on these units.  Assists in corrective and preventative actions related to returned parts or systems.  Provides Manufacturing with the relevant material and fully functional completed systems unless otherwise noted.  Provides the documentation team with relevant returned systems requirements for documentation updates and revisions.  Provides the technical support engineers with assistance in testing and review.  Provides the platform engineers with assistance in contact problem resolution.  Works with tech support when no problems can be identified and contacts customer where appropriate.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:
