Title Clerk

Scott Auto Group is adding an experienced Automotive Title Clerk as we continue to grow This position is due to the development of another Kia dealership.
We will have a centralized accounting office at our dealership located in Springfield, Pennsylvania.  If you’re a team player, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you

What You’ll Do: 

• Precisely prepare paperwork and ensure that the information and forms are complete.
• Timely title and register PA and all out of state vehicles sold.
• Review incoming titles for accuracy. 
• Contact banks and prepare payoff checks for trade-in vehicles.
• Respond to banks and customers on title inquires and resolve issues that may occur.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Weekly review of MV accounting schedule for accuracy.
• Manage tag and form inventory.
• Additional office tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of DMV Software  
• Current Notary 
• Dependability  
• High integrity     
• Take ownership 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
