Basic Qualifications:

Minimum five () years of proven experience in designing heavy mechanical equipment, such as large conveyance systems, automotive, or large robotic systems. Demonstrated strong relationship skills working with technical groups and multidiscipline teams. Proven ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and customers. Record of strong leadership skills with effective coaching abilities. Proficiency in utilizing Engineering and Design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Proficiency in performing classical and/or computer-based engineering analysis using hand calculations, FEA software, or MathCAD. Experience with design standards including AWS, DIN, ASTM, SAE, and ASME.

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of three () years of proven experience with Disney design standards or equivalent, and ASTM F. Five () years of demonstrated amusement industry mechanical engineering design experience, including gravity coasters, round rides, dark rides, and omni movers.

Required Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Engineering Technology.

Preferred Education:

Master's degree in Engineering or MBA.
