Overview

Burlington has added a new REMOTE role to support our Store Experience 2.0 initiative. The Store Planner will be responsible for developing floor plans for assigned territories focusing on the rollout of Store Experience 2.0 to the chain. We are seeking a driven and engaging individual who will be an integral part of this highly visible team driving these initiatives forward. In this role, you will adapt existing store floor plans to incorporate all elements of SE 2.0. A Day in the Life:

Generate floor plans for existing stores to reflect Store Experience 2.0. Build plans for each location based on existing conditions and store prototypes.

Assist in the development of step-by-step directions, unique to each store, to successfully convert to SE 2.0.

Utilize each store’s penetration to design a plan tailored to their sales and inventory builds.

Collaborate with store planning to align on final plans and achieve all timelines.

Develop floor plans for any non-new store-related projects.

You’ll Come With:

3-5 years related store planning experience in a retail setting.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Extensive experience using CAD Software.

Proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly strengths in Excel and Powerpoint.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Adaptability and problem-solving expertise.
