Job Title: Mill Operator
Department: Production
Summary of Job: Set up, operate, and tend milling machines.
Level of the Job: Reports to Production Supervisor
Essential Job Functions:
Moves controls to set specifications and start machine.
Observes machine operation and adjusts controls to ensure conformance
with specified tolerances.
Studies blueprint, layout, sketch, or other specifications to determine
materials needed, sequence of operations, dimensions, and tooling
instructions.
Records production output.
Makes adjustmnets to the mill systems based on test results with an
emphasis on moisture and grind.
Mill maintainance such as greasing.
Nonessential Job Functions:
Dumping hoppers
Clean up
Mill Maintenance
Attendance Requirements: Monday thru Friday 8 + Hours. Some overtime
and weekends may be required.
Experience/ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
and
