Key Position Points:Position: Plumbing TechnicianLocation: Stuart, Florida
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides solutions to commercial and residential plumbing and drain line replacements, water heater replacements, commercial grease trap replacements, and daily service repairs and replacements of plumbing equipment.
- Assesses, identifies and diagnosis plumbing issues in a variety of commercial and residential environments. Resolves said issues.
- Fulfills local plumbing dept “on-Call” scheduling requirements. Requirements can vary depending on the market, but the candidate must be able to work some nights and some weekends when scheduled to do so. (Dependent on Location- ask for details)
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Act as subject matter expert and liaison for customers
- Attends and participates in monthly safety team meetings
- Prepares for each service job to maximize efficiency (get truck ready, tools, etc.)
- Completion and submission of service paperwork to management in a timely manner
- Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner
- Follow all Wind River Environmental service protocols
- Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practice
- Ensures effective communication between various WRE teams.
- Other duties as assigned by management

- Must be comfortable working independently
- Interaction with customers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
- Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
