We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products/services to our health participants/clients and maintaining a vibrant online presence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Social Media Marketer/ Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach through strategic social media initiatives. We are looking for a motivated with at least 1 year of experienced Social Media Marketing/Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage our social media presence and develop strategies to engage and expand our audience. This is a remote position with a preference for applicants located in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that drive affiliate marketing efforts.

Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute social media marketing strategies that align with our affiliate marketing goals. Design and implement engaging social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase engagement. Content Creation and Management: Generate creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Youtube, Youtube shorts, Facebook, Reels, Instagram, and TikTok. Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging. Affiliate Program Management: Identify potential affiliates products to expand our affiliate network. Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, including tracking performance and optimizing strategies for better results. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyze the performance of campaigns. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and affiliate performance. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our brand. Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, products and technologies to ensure our strategies are current and effective. Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing and affiliate marketing. Demonstrated ability to manage social media campaigns and affiliate programs effectively. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools such as kalodata, Invideo AI or equivalent. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools. Content Creation: Strong writing and visual content creation skills. Experience in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and affiliates. Duration: This is a month to month contract and potential for extension based on performance. Compensation: $4 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. We are seeking candidates based in the Philippines to join our team remotely.
