Salary: $18.75-20.53+/hour BOE

Mainstreet Village is seeking Full Time & Part Time Nursing Assistants (Caregiver / CNA / HHA / Resident Assistant / NAR / Home Health Aide ) to join our team.

Available schedules:

Full-time & part-time AM (6am-2pm) - weekends not required Full-time & part-time PM (2pm-10pm) - weekends not required

Work every weekend schedule option available with premium pay 

Base pay available for weekdays and TIME & A HALF offered for working EVERY WEEKEND for 6 months = Certified Nursing Assistants - starting at $25.28 per hour or higher based on experience  Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours- total commitment is 24 out of 26 weekends. Full-Time benefit eligibility available

Responsibilities

Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Monitor changes in Resident’s condition Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered. Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies. Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
