KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a Home Health Care Nurse Contractor – Evenings or Nights for our client located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

Targeted Pay Range: $25/hr. to- $45/hr. plus reimbursement for travel mileage, case management time, administrative time, and miscellaneous. (1099 contractor pay, varies with nursing licensure, certifications, skills and experience)
Schedule: Self Scheduling Opportunities with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle and patient needs. Choose from Evening Shifts between the hours (5pm to 11pm) or Night Shifts (12am to 6am). Part-Time or Full-Time options available based on your schedule and patient needs.

Your Role:
As a Home Health Care Nurse Contractor, you will aid in the heart and soul of our client’s mission, providing medical care and companionship to patients in their homes. Your role is not just about healthcare; it's about honoring the lives and stories of those you care for, ensuring they feel valued and cherished.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide compassionate medical care to our esteemed elders, treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve
  • Assess health, create personalized care plans, and administer medications
  • Monitor vital signs, dress wounds, and educate patients and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Respond calmly in emergencies, always prioritizing patient well-being
  • Bring joy and companionship to each patient, making their days brighter and lives fuller
  • Embrace the calling of delivering compassion and quality nursing care

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Certification
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Dayton area
  • Availability to work in patients' homes
  • Previous home health care nursing experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks
  • A heart full of compassion and a readiness to make a difference
