WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR: 

Responsible for the overall operation of the Warehouse including Receiving of materials, storage and inventory of materials.  Supply management and shipping of finished products. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the shipping manager by identifying work procedures; expedite workflow.
  • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
  • Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
  • Ensure correct shipment of orders.
  • Assist employees with work process problems.
  • Ensure all GMPs, departmental procedures and company policies are followed within the warehouse.

 

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • 5 or more years of experience supervising a staff of at least 2 or more employees.
  • Have strong and effective leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and customers.
  • Detail orientated and excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills (excel, word, power point).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
