Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time position that is on the weekends but still has flexibility in your schedule? Are you looking to be a part of a stable and patient quality driven environment? TeamHealth is seeking a physician to work on a part-time basis on our post-acute care team Join a team of dynamic, results-oriented professionals. Responsibilities: Provide patient care on patients admitted into one of our skilled nursing or adult rehabilitation facilities Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to clinicians within facilities Qualifications: Accepting physicians who have experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, physiatry, PM&R, or geriatrics A desire to be engaged with their patients and facilities Interest in improving the quality of patient care their patients Schedule and Workload: Saturdays and Sundays  Light patient load 8 patients a day to start  Why TeamHealth?
