Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
When you’ll work…
We are currently hiring experienced Production Area Leads to join our 3rd shift teams.
3rd shift hours are 10pm-6:30am.What you’ll do…
Support production teams by promoting people and food safety while encouraging teamwork to meet and exceed production goals.
Monitor production lines to ensure daily schedule attainment and proper material usage.
Work with supervisor to ensure policy and procedure are followed; participating in projects as needed to address issues and make improvements.
Demonstrate working knowledge of manufacturing equipment to determine when to escalate mechanical concerns to leadership.
Why you’ll be successful…
Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.
Utilizing knowledge from your 1-3 years’ experience with manufacturing to motivate your team to deliver daily production goals.
Organized and wholistic approach to staffing to ensure adequate headcount for attainment of daily schedule; collaborating with production admin as needed to adjust numbers.
Dedicated team leader who encourages and inspires team members to perform at their highest levels.
Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
