No previous experience? No problem

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $38,400 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.


Are you an experienced ? Amazing

Experienced applicants start with a $42,240 base salary and top performers earned an additional $20,000 in commission last year. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this a great opportunity to transfer your skills and grow your career. Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and offer personalized solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs and financial goals.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Policy Recommendations: Recommend insurance products and services based on clients' individual needs and circumstances.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and relevant information in compliance with company policies.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations to offer informed advice and recommendations.

Requirement
  • Licensing: Possess or acquire a valid Tennessee insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to policy details, coverage options, and client needs.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image while representing the agency to clients and prospects.
  • Background check: Ability to pass a background check.
