ENTRY LEVEL SALES/MARKETING

Champion Windows is seeking an outgoing and reliable Entry Level Field Marketing Representative to schedule hurricane resistant window and door replacements, bathroom remodeling, and roofing inspections/appointments with homeowners. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas. No experience necessary ; PAID TRAINING (classroom and in the field). Career Advancement in the first 90 days . Responsibilities

Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through face-to-face marketing. Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration. Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships. Schedule inspections with homeowners.

Qualifications

Face to face marketing experience. Industry and product knowledge.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Strong verbal communication skills. Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit. Results oriented professional who creates a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based compensation structure. High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $15-$19 an hour , coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above. Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
