Short & Sweet: This position requires responsibility for monitoring all aspects of product quality, from incoming raw materials to the finished product, and reports results to appropriate management personnel. The Quality Execution Technician must be able to understand the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), follow safe handling of hazardous chemicals, and keep accurate record-keeping as required.

Schedule: Day Shift - Hours to be determined. Must be flexible and able to support 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holiday's. 

SEASONAL - This opportunity is hiring as soon as possible and will be available until the end of September.

Job Responsibilities:

Notify Operations Manager and/or Group Leader if product is out of specification. Perform product and process checks and enter data into computer in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Run bacti tests on ingredients and finished products. Verify employees are wearing required PPE and complying with GMP requirements. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot FTA. Perform calibration testing of various lab equipment. Perform environmental and equipment swabs. Perform PMO reviews. Inventory/order supplies. Perform general housekeeping in work area. Create CAPA’s. Support SQF program. Support pest control program. Support Appendix N. Any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work flexible schedule in order to support 24/7 operation, including weekends, holidays, and off-shifts. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to read and write and perform basic mathematical functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior quality assurance experience in the food industry. Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing software system, as well as Microsoft Office. Prior work experience in dairy or food manufacturing.
