BDC Agent

Job Summary:

As a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent at Jim Norton Chevrolet, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our dealership through efficient lead management and exceptional customer service.
You will serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers and will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and converting leads into sales.
This individual contributor role requires a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the auto industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for sales and service departments
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Utilize dealership CRM system to track and report on leads
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead conversion rates
- Stay updated on new vehicle models and features, as well as current sales promotions
- Attend trainings and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Previous experience in BDC, sales, or customer service required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of leads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the auto industry and basic vehicle terminology
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
