Summary

:

The Sr. Financial Analyst supports the Americas Manufacturing team in providing financial information and analysis. This role works with all areas of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­the business and is intended to be a support to the Director of Finance, Americas Manufacturing. The Sr. Financial Analyst works with manufacturing operations to accurately forecast financial results, drive data-driven decisions and provide support on special projects. Performs various financial reporting and forecasting analyses in the areas of profit planning, cost containment, capital expenditures, and other areas.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed analysis of operational, financial and trend data; provide actionable information Monitor key financial metrics including root cause analysis and presentation of detailed explanations to Business Leaders Effectively communicate financial results to non-financial professionals and foster collaboration between departments Track initiatives that support the business in achieving its strategic objectives Support Business Leadership in the preparation of the annual budget and achievement of project initiatives, capital spending allocation and various projects Provide analytics for labor and other benchmarking activities Actively participate in month end financial closing and reporting Partner with peers to share ideas and collaborate on ways to improve financial processes
