The FaCT Business Analyst reports to the Vice President of Commercial Value & Transformation. This role will identify, analyze, and improve our organization’s business processes aligned to maximizing an end-to-end Oracle solution. This position will identify business requirements, design innovative solutions, document future and current state processes, and drive the implementation of best practices to achieve our transformation objectives. This role will have developed analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of order and subscription management, cash and credit operations, and billing processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with fellow business SMEs, stakeholders, and IT to understand business processes, goals, and requirements to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate solutions to obtain desired business outcome. Partner with order to cash SMEs, IT, and other stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements for the FaCT Initiative. Provide input into design and configuration to ensure system solutions align with best practices and industry standards, recommending solutions to streamline and optimize financial processes. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that can inform financial decisions and system improvements. Create comprehensive documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories. Work with change management teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems. Collaborate with IT teams to develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure the quality and reliability of solutions. Assist in project planning, monitoring project progress, and reporting to stakeholders. Provide end-user training and support as necessary for Rev Ops and stakeholder teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field. 3 years’ experience as a business analyst, preferable in finance or transformation initiatives. Experience in a SaaS software license renewal operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or finance supporting operational role. Experience in Oracle Subscription Management, ERP, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM system software a plus. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Familiarity with quote-to-cash business processes. Competency with Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical and innovative solutions that improve business processes. Ability to manage, analyze, and track data for a sophisticated and often complex sales processes. Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines, and take initiative on multiple projects. Knowledge of change management principles. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools is preferred. #LI-REMOTE #LI-JL1
