Our Tennessee physical therapy center is looking for 3 passionate and driven licensed Physical Therapists We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

 

Qualifications of the Physical Therapist:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
