We are hiring Installers (Construction General Laborers) in Fairfield.  The Concrete Mason/Installer consists of lifting and carrying heavy objects and having the ability to access drawings. The responsibilities would include mixing cement/mortar, and restoring old/damaged masonry works. 

What we provide for our employees:   Bi-weekly Pay ($20-22 hourly) & Weekly Bonus Opportunity Full-time nonseasonal work  Superior training will ensure you start with immediate success  Competitive and rewarding, family-oriented culture  Advanced leadership training opportunities  World-class training and support  Benefits include Medical, Dental, Optical, Long/Short Term Disability, Life insurance, 401(k) with a company match, and paid time off including 6 holidays.  Job Responsibilities:   Mixing cement  Cutting, shaping, and dressing  Fabricating, altering and repairing structures and surfaces  Lays Building materials, including concrete and brick to construct walls.  Mixes cement using hoes, cement mixing equipment and/or hand tools  Molds expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers and straightedge.  Other duties as assigned  Job Requirements:   At least 1-year experience in construction or trades  Stand, bend and kneel for extended periods of time.  Knowledge of related tools, masonry techniques, equipment and materials Valid Driver’s license  A can do, positive and winning attitude  Someone who is hardworking, honesty, and willing to provide outstanding customer service  Physical Requirements   The position lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs., walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. It also requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina. Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.
