Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support various contractual obligations, as well as support future capture opportunities. The selected candidate is responsible for analytical support for military logistics and acquisitions, ongoing operator/maintenance training and development, providing recommendations regarding life cycle sustainment strategies, develop provisioning deliverables, support sustainment events such as maintenance contact teams and software updates within the IVS customer community.

Essential Functions:

Post-Secondary/Associate Degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience or High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 10 years of prior related experience Travel CONUS and OCONUS (30%) Experience in operation of electro-optical or electronics equipment. Experience working in or managing a maintenance organization. Experience developing, implementing, and delivering curriculum in accordance with the US Government’s Systems Approach to Training (SAT) manual. Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external documents and presentations. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows™ interface, Microsoft Office™ package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be Eligible to Obtain a US Security Clearance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Combat experience using night vision devices Familiar with current military logistics support concepts/processes Experience interfacing with DOD and International customers. Experience in operation of electro-optical or electronics equipment. Experience working in or managing a maintenance organization. Experience developing, implementing, and delivering curriculum in accordance with the US Government’s Systems Approach to Training (SAT) manual. Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external documents and presentations.
